Director Mira Nair, best known for lighter fare such as Monsoon Wedding and Amelia, returns to the silver screen with the upcoming thriller The Reluctant Fundamentalist. Liev Schreiber stars as Bobby Lincoln, an American journalist in India, who is interviewing Professor Changez Khan (Riz Ahmed) as student protests light up the streets of Lahore. This meeting did not happen by chance, though, as a foreign professor's life hangs in the balance, even though both the journalist and teacher have their own agendas.
